Personal Care
Our carers can help with all aspect of personal care within the client’s own home to maintain as much independence as possible.
A daily routine could be assistance with getting out of bed, washing, bathing or showering as required. Help with dressing and once ready, preparation of your favourite breakfast.
Health Monitoring
Our care team will prompt or assist with medication and will accompany their client to the dentist and doctor for appointments.
All our carers are first aid trained and complete additional training courses for more specialised care.
Domestic Tasks
We can provide the right help for every room of the home, keeping your house a home. All staff are fully trained and insured and wear Apex uniforms.
We can arrange weekly cleans, spring cleans or daily cleans of bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Laundry and ironing can be taken care of and regular garden chores like lawn mowing and weeding. A programme can be arranged for whatever help you need in your home.
Meal Preparation
The day will start with preparation of the clients preferred breakfast, followed by the preparation of lunch and then dinner.
We try to assist with healthy living as much as possible and we have a range of easy to cook recipes making use of fresh, seasonal ingredients wherever possible.
Shopping can also be arranged by the carer to ensure everything is available for a client’s needs.
Night Sitters & Sleepers
Your daily routine does not have to stop at the end of the workday, we can provide reassurance during the night, meaning someone is on hand to assist with toilet breaks, medication or moving position in bed.
A good night’s sleep is key to a happy and healthy life and we provide peace of mind, ensuring clients stay safe and rested.
In House System
We have replaced paper and pen with a state-of-the-art app that allows our carers to enter live care notes that are always up to date. The In-house System works seamlessly to provide live updates from the care visit to the office team.
Using the app, approved family and friends will have 24-hour access to view the details and notes from each visit anywhere in the world. Whether you are busy at work or living abroad you will be able to trust that we are providing the best care for your loved ones.
