Make a New Care Enquiry
Once you have decided on the service you require, a meeting is arranged with you, your loved one and one of our Care Coordinators. If an in-person meeting is not possible, then we can complete our review over the phone.
This informal discussion allows us to evaluate what level of care is required and identify the relevant needs. Sometimes it is the smallest details that make all the difference.
At our first visit we will discuss our procedures and confirm ongoing requirements and times that we will call. Our staff will be able to address any concerns you might have, to ensure you and your loved ones are fully comfortable at all times. After the meeting, we will create a bespoke plan tailored to you and provide you with guidelines for the tasks that Apex carers will complete at each visit.
