Apex can check in on your loved ones, providing social interaction and monitoring their wellbeing to alleviate your concerns.
We provide you with regular reports with an overview of our visits and details of any needs or requirements we identify.

Our companions have the qualifications, skills, experience, attitude and aptitude to assist you.
Our companions are required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure CRB Checks and checks against the Protection of Vulnerable Adults Register. All offers of employment are subject to a satisfactory outcome of this process.
Pop-In Care Services
We will visit weekly, fortnightly or monthly and ensure:
- Good security
- Safe environment
- Warmth with heating working as required
- Medication check
- Liaise with Care Agencies
- Confirm healthy diet
- No property issues
- Protection from rogue traders
- Shopping outings
- Transport to doctor’s appointments
- Day trips
A weekly, fortnightly or monthly report will be sent to you by email. Here we will provide an overview of our visit, detailing any needs or requirements and highlighting any potential future issues.
Should any serious problems be identified you will be contacted immediately by telephone or email.

Pop-In Care Set Up Process
The smallest details can make all the difference.
An initial phone call will leave you fully assured of the service we offer and answer any queries and questions you may have.
Once you have decided that Apex can provide the service you require, if possible a meeting is arranged with our Companionship Co-ordinator and preferably your 'loved one'.
The aim of the meeting is to introduce Apex and talk with you to gain an insight into the service we will be performing. Obviously if a meeting is not possible then we can complete our review via the telephone
By having an informal discussion, we can ascertain exactly what level of service is required and identify the relevant needs.
Our service allows us to be very specific to enable the most professional and pleasing service.
After the meeting, a bespoke Plan is compiled which provides guidelines appertaining to the tasks that Apex will complete.
At our first visit we will discuss our procedures and confirm ongoing requirements and times that we will call. We appreciate that there may be some reluctance to our visits, but all are staff are fully trained to deal with these concerns and in the majority of cases we are able to overcome all issues.
